Wayne Price established South Beach Builders in 2006. Over the years, our firm has completed over 40 projects. These projects have featured several innovative ideas that have improved the energy efficiency and livability of the home.
Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality homes, appropriate to their settings while at the same time being extremely functional. We offer a wide range of design services - from planning and cost development, through design and construction documents, to on-site supervision.
